We hope you’re enjoying your F.E. Trainer home! To help protect your investment and ensure everything continues to perform as intended, we’re excited to offer our Estate Management Program, designed for the homes of our valued clients.
The program includes options for quarterly or yearly comprehensive inspections by our knowledgeable maintenance staff, tailored preventive maintenance recommendations, early identification of potential issues, and priority service—all managed by the contractor you are familiar with and who knows your home better than anyone. Proactive maintenance can help prevent costly repairs and provide peace of mind year-round.

Will F.E. Trainer manage my home's service and maintenance needs if they did not build my home?
At this time, our estate management services are exclusive to existing clients who have used F.E. Trainer in the past, irrespective of the construction/renovation project size.

What are the fees for your service and maintenance packages?
Costs will vary depending on the size of the home, the number of systems and appliances on the property, the current state of repair/disrepair, and the frequency of our check-ins. Our team will complete a thorough analysis of your property, then provide detailed next steps and cost estimates based on our report.

What happens if something breaks or fails inbetween your check-ins?
As your trusted estate management team, we are there for you in an emergency to help mitigate damage and assemble the right vendors to fix the issue. Additional fees/charges may apply based on the situation. As an example, if a gutter were to be damaged due to snow or a fallen limb, and the damage is not large enough to be claimed on your homeowner's insurance, we are there to help you get the repairs done right in a timely manner.
