F.E. Trainer completed construction of this stone and clapboard home in 2018. A classic look was achieved by incorporating many high-quality materials with timeless construction techniques. A genuine slate roof protects the home from the elements and the stone facade requires absolutely no maintenance. Inside, a simple but dramatic gourmet kitchen provides a place to gather and entertain, while the study offers a warm respite on a rainy day. Coffered ceilings were built into many of the rooms, and a large soaking tub rounds out the master bathroom. Outside, numerous covered patio spaces were incorporated into the design, including a loggia with a unique "eyebrow" eave.
