This new home was built to look like a home original to the Old Westmoreland neighborhood in Knoxville. The bainted brick, genuine cedar shingle siding, and Vermont slate roof make up the exterior of the home. Copper gutters, flashing and a copper cupola add additional old world charm to the Cape Cod-inspired residence. In addition to building the home, F.E. Trainer handled the hardscape installation that features natural stone retaining walls and a paver pool deck.
